Frequently Asked Questions
What are the benefits of a two week detoxifying and replenishing program?
Week 1 supports your liver's detoxification process, helping your body eliminate harmful toxins. Week 2 replenishes healthy intestinal bacteria and restores balance to your digestive system.†
Why is liver detoxification important?
The liver is the largest internal organ and functions to filter ever-increasing amounts of environmental pollution, pesticides and food chemicals from our body. The fast pace of our daily lives and our exposure to chemicals leads to an increased burden on our livers.
What is a toxin?
It is a broad term that applies to chemicals that we come in contact with in our environment and our food that don't naturally occur there. Toxins can interfere with our body's natural functions and work against our efforts to maintain good health.
Where do toxins come from?
We encounter toxins every day in the air we breathe, the food we eat and even in the fabrics we wear. Plastics, pesticides and herbicides all contain toxins. Food preservatives and chemicals that help food stay safe and healthy even contain toxins.
Why are toxins bad?
Toxins accumulate in and build up in our bodies because we don't metabolize them well. Toxins are difficult to break down and difficult to eliminate.
Why are probiotics included as the 2nd stage of this cleansing system?
Healthy bacterial flora is regularly destroyed by toxins in our environment, stress and poor diets. The week 2 Replenishing Probiotic formula provides high potency levels of healthy bacteria to support digestion and overall well being.†
How often may I use the Wellesse Rejuvenating Kit?
Cleansing can be repeated every three months to detoxify, replenish and energize.†
Is there a maintenance product to use between kits?
Once you have completed the Rejuvenating Kit, a maintenance level of the Replenishing Probiotic may be taken on a daily basis to help keep your digestive system at its optimal performance.†
Will I have to change my routine while cleansing?
Use of the Rejuvenating Kit does not require you to change your routine however, during a cleansing program you have a great opportunity to focus on a healthier lifestyle of eating better and participating in physical activity.
Why did Wellesse develop a two stage kit?
Our bodies deal with toxins in a simple-two step process therefore Wellesse designed an easy to use two stage program to support both of those key functions of the body. The first one is liver detoxification or modification of the toxins for easy elimination. The second step is to support the gastrointestinal tract so that we can eliminate the toxins and then replenish healthy bacterial flora to support healthy digestion.†
When is a good day to start the program?
You can begin the two week Rejuvenating Kit program any day of the week, as it does not interrupt your schedule.
Is there a recommended diet or exercise program?
Although you are not required to change your diet or exercise routine, for best results the Rejuvenating Kit comes with a pamphlet that gives diet and exercise suggestions while you are cleansing.
Are there any allergens in the formulas?
The Detoxifying Formula contains no allergens. The Replenishing Probiotic formula contains trace milk proteins.
Can pregnant women use the program?
Pregnant women should consult their health care practitioner prior to use.
Who should use the Rejuvenating Kit?
The Rejuvenating Kit program was developed for adults who are interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Will Wellesse products interfere with my other medications?
As with all supplements you should contact your health care practitioner prior to taking.
When should I take the capsules in the Rejuvenating Kit?
During week 1, take 2 Detoxifying capsules with your morning meal and 2 detoxifying capsules with your evening meal. During week 2, take 1 Probiotic capsule ½ hour before your morning meal and 1 Probiotic capsule ½ hour before your evening meal.
