1. Promotion Description: Wellesse (“Sponsor”) will award five Grand Prizes in a random drawing Giveaway (“Giveaway”). The Grand Prize is more completely described below in Rule 5, Description of Prizes.
2. Promotion Period: The Wellesse “Bone Up on Calcium” Twitter Giveaway begins on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) and ends on Friday, April 29, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Daylight Time). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
3. How to Enter: Between 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) on April 28, 2011 and 4:00 pm (Pacific Time) on April 29, 2011 go to http://twitter.com/ and complete the following steps:

Between April 28, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. PDT and April 29, 2011 at 4:00 pm PDT and you will be automatically entered in the Giveaway.
- A Twitter account is required to enter and can be opened at http://twitter.com. There is no charge for opening a Twitter account.
- You may earn one additional entry if you reply @Wellesse on Twitter and answer the posted question about Calcium supplements.
4. Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Wellesse “Bone Up on Calcium” Twitter Giveaway. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The Giveaway offer is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Giveaway entry. Entrants may not be employees of the Sponsor or of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, partners, advertising or promotion agencies, nor may they be members of the immediate families of any of them, or persons living in their households.
5. Description of Prizes: 5 Grand Prize winners will be awarded a 16 oz. bottle of Wellesse liquid Calcium and a 16 oz. bottle of Wellesse liquid Multivitamins and a water bottle.
Total ARV: $25
If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or greater value.
6. Drawing and Awarding of Giveaway Prizes: Five Grand Prize Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be drawn on April 30, 2011 and announced on Twitter.
The Grand Prize Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received within the Promotion Period by an independent judging agency (“Judges”). The Judges will notify the winners by direct message. Decisions made by the Judges on all matters regarding this Giveaway shall be final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Grand Prize Winners may be required to sign and return within seven (7) days of receipt an Affidavit of Eligibility, a prize release and indemnity agreement and a publicity release, all without additional consideration, if permitted by law. If the Sponsor makes a reasonable attempt to contact the Grand Prize Winners and cannot do so within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or if any Winner is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these Official Rules or returned the Affidavit and/or Releases within the specified time period, that Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected. The Grand Prizes will be delivered to the Winners by USPS or express delivery service.
7. Miscellaneous: The Giveaway is governed by the laws in the State of Washington and is void where prohibited. By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree that Sponsor shall have no liability nor shall such parties be responsible for use/misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes.
Winners also agree to release and hold Releasees harmless from any liability in connection with the Wellesse “Bone up on Calcium” Twitter Giveaway or any Prize including, without limitation, liability in connection with any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether to person or property, including death, arising out of or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize. Participants also agree to the use of their names and likenesses by Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional consideration, if permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or delivery services.
The Winners will also be announced on the Wellesse website at www.wellesse.com.
